Nicole Cromwell is a contemporary abstract artist in Carmel by the Sea, California. She began painting several years ago as a way to balance the stresses of her career as a critical care nurse. Her artwork varies from calming ocean and landscapes to vibrant joyful florals and abstracts reflecting the balance she strives for in life. Beneath the many layers of color, the emotions of joy, inspiration, and love are often written in the forms of poetry and lyrics creating meaningful connections to her collectors. She believes these “invisible glimpses” into her passion for healing, and her own healing process, imbue her paintings with a sense of solace and hope.
