Emily Landers
So excited to share this week's Guest Curator, Emily Landers, the host of runaway podcast hit "How'd She Do That".
Please introduce yourself!
I am a host, author, and entrepreneur living in Southern California with my husband, Luke, and our golden doodle, Maui! I am originally from Dallas, Texas but began my career in New York City at Footlocker, Inc. in Marketing and PR. After many years in social media marketing and management, I launched my most popular endeavor, How'd She Do That? Podcast in 2020 after a radio gig fell through and the rest is history!
How would you describe your style?
Classic, timeless & a dose of flashy
What is inspiring you these days?
Friendships, specifically the friendships I am making through podcast guests and with other entrepreneurs and women in business.
What is your favorite thing to collect?
Currently it is custom art - specifically drawn or painted by my dad! He made a very special piece for my husband and I for Christmas. It was a painting of a photo I took while in Eze, France last year.
What makes a house a home?
...the people living in it, of course! :)
Read on for Emily's favorite pieces from our inventory....
1. Eloise by Sarah Mangalapalli is beautiful! I could see it paired beautifully with another print - perhaps a classic gingham in a kitchen area. We have two red gingham couches that would be a perfect piece nearby.

2. Matisse Blue Magnolias by Elizabeth Marin would be the perfect addition to a gallery wall on a classic staircase - guests may hold one another up while admiring though.

3. Drifter by Kirsten Williams would be the best touch of color in an otherwise minimal office area. I would love to drift as I respond to emails throughout the day!

4. Peonies by Elizabeth Horne would be an amazing piece to place over a headboard in a master or guest room! Pair with soft colors throughout the room for a peaceful atmosphere.
